Today a reader, tomorrow a leader: Alia’s story

Alia, 11, from Northern Alberta was visiting family this past Summer in Calgary when Angel with Attitude was made aware of her recent struggles with reading and writing. To assist with her learning and to allow Alia the opportunity to gain confidence with her reading and writing, AWA provided a specialized teacher that worked with Alia for 12 separate learning sessions that drastically improved her skills!
